Students who passed the 2026 matriculation examination can apply to receive their marksheets through the Online Appointment system starting 14 July, according to the Department of Myanmar Examinations under the Ministry of Education.
Students and parents wishing to obtain marksheets must access the DME Online Service Portal (https://osp.dme.gov.mm) to make an appointment. The marksheets will be issued from 16 July at the Department of Myanmar Examinations head office in Nay Pyi Taw and its Hline branch in Yangon, based on the locations selected during the application process.
Applicants collecting their marksheets in person must present the QR Code and Transaction Number generated from the online portal. For those unable to visit the offices, a postal delivery service is also available by selecting the mailing option during the application process.
