The Escaldes-Engordany Art Center (CAEE) has closed the Celebrant Marilyn 1926-2026 exhibition with a total of 5,159 visitors during the three months it has been open to the public. The exhibition, dedicated to the figure of Marilyn Monroe, has been well received by both residents and visitors to the Principality. According to the data provided by the center, 55% of the visits have corresponded to residents, while the remaining 45% have been tourists. Among the latter, the majority came from Spain (29%), followed by visitors from France (9%) and other nationalities (7%).
Regarding the profile of the attendees, 75% were adults over 25 years old. Children and young people up to 14 years of age represented 17% of visitors, while the group between 14 and 25 years old accounted for 8% of the total. The data also shows that 57% of visits were made individually, ahead of organized visits.
With the closing of Celebrant Marilyn 1926-2026, the CAEE puts an end to an exhibition that has attracted more than five thousand visitors over the course of three months.
