Music maestros to put on free performance and conduct training

Music lovers or just lovers of talent will have a treat to enjoy if the decide to visit the Kingstown Methodist Church on Wednesday July 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

This will enable them to witness the spectacle of two musically talented performers- one by lineage and one by birth reuniting for a recital, having performed together over two decades ago.

Held under the patronage of Governor General Sir Stanley K. John, and the sponsorship of District Stairs St. Vincent and the Grenadines,

Canadian-based violinist Tanya Charles and Vincentian pianist Sean Sutherland, also based abroad, will thrill the audience with what’s expected to be an electrifying performance.

The duo first performed at Government House before then Governor General Sir Frederick Ballantyne, 21-years ago and that performance was talked about for years. Now the duo is back to captivate.
