The university administration explained that the assistance includes books and treasures for the library and a number of technical equipment, including contributing to the development of library services and improving the educational environment for students and researchers.
Officials of “TIKA” Foundation confirmed the continuation of the implementation of scientific and cultural projects in Afghan universities, while the Turkish Consul General in Herat Province, Tazjan Qazi Oglu, expressed Turkey’s desire to expand scientific and cultural cooperation with Afghanistan during the next phase.
