Tensions have been noted outside the premises of the Parliament, where some protesters have thrown flour and eggs in the direction of the MPs’ cars entering the Parliament.
After the incident, the police intervened by escorting some protesters.
The event happened while the Assembly is expected to hold a plenary session under tight security measures.
Hundreds of police officers, metal barriers and other means have been deployed in the area to ensure order.
