The PNC’s statement comes after the capture of Uriel Hernández, alias “Shaka” either “Racca”during a raid in Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa, Escuintla. Investigations link him with illegal charges to heavy transport pilots who circulate on the route to the Pacific and the CA-2 West.
The authorities indicate that the investigation began after the dissemination of a video on social networks in which a man demanded Q1,800 from a transporter to allow him to continue his journey.
