Journalist accuses Telemundo executive of sending him images to harm Celinee Santos

The Mexican entertainment journalist Gerardo Escareno accused Omar FernandezDirector of Talent Relations and Event Programming at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprisesto send you images of Celinee Santos with the aim of harming the Dominican model in “The House of the Famous 6”.

Escareño said that he received a private message on Instagram from Fernández with alleged old photos of Santos and where he supposedly appears kissing an old man.

“I received a very mysterious message from Omar Fernandez On Instagram, which you are seeing here, I get some screenshots of Celinee, from before Celinee, and some supposed photos of Celinee kissing with men, those photos are very awkward, enough for me to ask ‘and what about these photos?’, as if to generate a conversation,” he explained.

For his part, Escareño refused to publish the information and claimed to be a professional, considering Fernández’s act as “dirty.”

He pointed out that there were content creators who made the publication to affect the participant and second finalist of the reality show before the grand finale that took place last Thursday, June 11.

Following the content creator’s statements through his YouTube channel, the beauty queen’s fans described the network executive’s behavior as “unethical”, and they also point out that this was the “black hand” that caused the final result of the competition where Fabio Agostini was the winner.

It is recalled that it was rumored that Fernández was fired from Telemundo after responding offensively to a comment from a Santos follower.

Later, the producer apologized in a statement, accepting his responsibility.

“I want to address all the people who felt offended by my words in recent days. I assume my responsibility. Unfortunately, as a human being, I answered the first thing that came to mind and I hope that those I offended will understand me and give me a second chance,” he wrote.

“First of all, I sincerely apologize. I have deep respect for those who follow me, support me and have been present along my path in these more than 40 years of career on television. My intention has never been to disrespect or hurt anyone. Much less a woman, because my mother is the woman I love most in the world,” he added.

Likewise, Fernández denied being part of the reality show that is recorded in Mexico, but rather accompanies the artists to carry out promotions at the Telemundo studios in Miami, Florida.

“They condemned me without listening when I tried to explain to them that this was a media circus because I have nothing to do with the reality show, with its casting and its production, and even so they attacked me mercilessly. I knew the actors like Lupita, Laura, Horacio, but the rest was days before entering the house in a recording,” he asserted.

“I brought Josh, Celine, Kenny, Stefano and Eduardo Antonio to do promotional content in Miami. I uploaded videos of all of them supporting them: Laura, Horacio, Stefano, Lupita, Eduardo Antonio, Kenzo, Fabio, Kenny, etc. Without finding out the reality, they let themselves be carried away by the toxicity of others. They overwhelmed me so much that they drove me out of my mind,” he acknowledged.
