Judge Lici Sánchez ordered the seizure and deposit to a Senabico account of the money in guaraní, real and dollar currency, seized in the procedures related to the Air Box operation. The criminal judge of guarantees Specialized in Organized Crime Lici Teresita Sánchez ordered the seizure of sums of money in coins guaraní, real and dollarwhich were seized in different procedures carried out within the framework of the operation called AirBoxwhich allowed the cancellation of a structure that trafficked premium marijuanaguy hashishfrom USAbut as a way of misleading them they were declared as pieces of art.
Thus through the Interlocutory Order (AI) No. 112, ordered the seizure of the sum of G. 1,755,000which were seized in one of the rooms of the Hotel Los Alpes Cipreses de Asunción and an address located in Luke; as well as the sum of 22 reais and 1 dollar.
While, from the inside of a car Toyota Vitz, with registration AAUT 800a black briefcase was seized containing in total the sum of US$44,900.

Through the same resolution, the judge ordered the deposit of said sums of money in the current account enabled in the National Development Bank (BNF) in the name of the National Secretariat for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets (Senabico).
They declared premium marijuana as pieces of art
According to what is stated in the judicial resolution, the May 28, 2026 The tax investigation began based on the intelligence information sent by the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (Senad), which reported the existence of an alleged criminal structure dedicated to the introduction of drugs into the national territory through the use of apparently legal international import cargoes transported by air.

Thus, within the investigation, the intrusive opening of the cargo was ordered with the presence of the Prosecutor Ingrid Cubilla and Judge Rosarito Montanía. At that time it was found that the supposed sculptures turned out to be 147.4 kilograms of marijuana in its form of hashish, which was seized in the procedure carried out on June 1.
Alleged members of a drug group were charged
After the procedures carried out, the arrest of Ever Ramón Suárez Maldonado and Carlos Daniel Díaz Sanabria and his subsequent indictment by tax agent Ingrid Cubilla, from the Specialized Unit in the Fight against Drug Trafficking and Organized Crime.
The prosecutor preliminarily attributed the punishable acts of international drug trafficking (art. 21), activities tending to international trafficking (art. 26), unauthorized possession of narcotic substances (art. 27) and criminal association (art. 42), according to Law No. 1,340/88 and its amendment to Law No. 1,881/2002.

While in the case of Jose Araujothe prosecutor charged him with the acts of unauthorized possession of narcotic substances (art. 27) and cultivation of narcotic substances (art. 33), taking into account that an indoor marijuana laboratory was found in his place of residence.
