Following the announcement of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz by the central headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya and taking the next steps in case of continued Israeli aggression against Lebanon, the authorities of the Zionist regime announced the suspension of the operations of this regime’s army in southern Lebanon.
Israel’s Channel 12 announced that Netanyahu and Katz (War Minister of this regime) have ordered the army to stop all operations in southern Lebanon without withdrawing from the occupied positions.
This Hebrew channel reported that the decision of Netanyahu and Katz for a ceasefire in Lebanon was made with the coordination of the United States.
The Hebrew news site “Wallah” also quoted an Israeli military source as saying that Eyal Zamir, the Chief of Staff of the army of this regime, issued the cease-fire order after the end of the security situation assessment meeting.
The Israel Radio and Television Organization also reported, citing security sources, that the regime’s army has freedom of action to eliminate threats in southern Lebanon, and if Hezbollah violates the ceasefire, it will respond decisively.
The Hebrew media announced in this regard: “Once again, the political leaders in Israel agreed to Iran’s conditions.”
Announcing the cessation of Israeli army operations in southern Lebanon without withdrawing from the occupied areas is an incomplete and insufficient step because this regime has violated the ceasefire many times in less than 24 hours.
Over the past few days, the Zionist regime brazenly accused all of Hezbollah of violating the ceasefire, while the army of this regime openly carried out military operations to capture the strategic heights of Ali al-Tahir overlooking the city of Al-Nabatiyah.
The central headquarters of Hazrat Khatam al-Anbiya announced a few hours ago: In view of the clear violation and breach of agreement by the United States regarding the non-implementation of the first paragraph of the memorandum of understanding on the end of the war and in response to the ceaseless and continuous violation of the ceasefire by the Zionist regime in southern Lebanon, the Strait of Hormuz will be closed to vessel traffic.
