Role
As a Swing Manager Trainee at McDonald’s™ you will be invited to work in a pleasant work environment that requires teamwork and professionalism.
The role includes 4 main categories of responsibility:
- Ensuring Basic Standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness)
- Human Resource Management
- Safety & Health
- Shift Management
It is clarified that this role is part-time or full-time with a shift system (which is based on the needs of the restaurant and can be day or evening any day of the week).
Requirements Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English
- Experience of at least 1 year in the field of catering or hospitality or retail in a responsible position
- Comfort in using computers and digital systems
- Integrity of character

- Salary:
- Your salary will start at €6.94 gross per hour (so in 8 hours / 5 days your salary will be €1200 gross per month).
- This specific position leads to the first level of Management of our restaurants which is the position of Swing Manager whose scales start at €1300 (8 hours / 5 days) and develop over a depth of 4 years. Of course we would like you to evolve even higher!
