Modi said that day, “Syama Prasad Mukherjee came out against the conspiracy. The movement was started under the leadership of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. That day it became clear to the anti-Indian people that West Bengal cannot be separated. Attempts have been made to forget West Bengal Day. Attempts have been made to whitewash history.”
