“A young man injured several visitors with a knife in the building of the shopping center. According to preliminary information, a woman died,” he wrote.
He also reportedly threw an improvised explosive device into the children’s entertainment center area.

According to Mash Telegram channel, the attack was committed by a 19-year-old student. In the videos spread on social networks, he said that no one promised him a reward for his work, and that he wanted to commit suicide.

A forensic psychiatric examination was ordered against him.
The prosecutor’s office started an investigation, and the investigative committee opened a criminal case.
