Inooraq Brandt will be the new honorary consul for Japan in Greenland.

Inooraq Brandt is CEO of Rambøll Greenland. Rambøll is a Danish architecture, engineering and consulting company that operates globally.
He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering with a specialization in geophysics from DTU.
In October 2025, Inooraq Brandt became the new chairman of Royal Arctic Line’s board. He had served as deputy chairman and replaced Pâviâraq Heilmann.
Inooraq Brandt also sits on Greenland’s Industry Committee for Technical Advisors.
Sermitsiaq has tried to get a comment from the new honorary consul about his role, but without success.
