New leaked information suggests that Honor may expand its upcoming lineup in China with the Honor X80 Pro Max.
Although the source does not reveal an exact premiere date for this model, it did share a few key specifications. On the other hand, the standard Honor X80 should be launched in China at the end of this month.
Well-known insider Digital Chat Station has posted on Weibo the details of the Honor X80 Pro Max. According to him, this phone will have a huge battery with a capacity of even 11,000 mAh, with support for fast charging of 90 W.
The device will feature a large 6.8-inch flat AMOLED screen with thin edges, rounded corners and a resolution of 2,788 x 1,280 pixels.
In addition, the Honor X80 Pro Max will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset. The phone will also offer full water resistance, a case resistant to falls, as well as advanced biometric unlocking functions at the level of premium models.
When it comes to the standard Honor X80 model, it also comes with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor and a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen, but with a slightly smaller – still huge – 10,000 mAh battery.
Will we see this phone in Serbia? The answer is a bit more complicated than a simple yes or no, mainly because of the way Honor names its phones.
In China, the Honor X series is known for its large batteries and powerful processors, and its counterpart in Europe is somewhat the Honor Magic series.
Thus, the Honor X70 model was presented in Serbia as the Honor Magic 7 Lite, so if the Honor X80 Pro Max reaches our market, it is possible that it will be part of the Honor Magic 9 series, with a slightly different name.
In any case, as always, we will follow the development of the situation and inform you in time about all the news.
