
Engineer Mohammad Ayub Saif Al-Jihad, head of technical and professional affairs of Herat Municipality, told Bakhtar News Agency that in this project, along with the construction of a 750-meter long and 7-meter wide road, the works of repairing canals on both sides have been started by the Governor of Herat, Maulvi Hamdullah Nomani and his delegation at the cost of 12 million 902 thousand 586 Afghanis.
At the same time, the manager of the implementing company of the project assured that all the technical and executive works of the project will be completed according to the set standards, with high quality and on time.
At the same time, the residents of the area have also welcomed the start of this project and called it an important step to improve the transportation facilities and to prevent the collection of seasonal water and waterlogging.
They have also asked for serious monitoring to ensure the quality of the project.
It is worth noting that the work of this project will be completed and put to use within four months.
