The American news channel “CNN” quoted an Israeli source and reported that “Benjamin Netanyahu”, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, is trying to influence the process of negotiations between Iran and the United States and a possible final agreement between the two countries through right-wing media figures and senators close to him.
Citing an Israeli source, CNN reported today (Thursday) that Benjamin Netanyahu is trying to influence the final agreement between Iran and the United States, and for this purpose he is using some right-wing media figures and pro-Israel senators to put pressure on Donald Trump, the president of the United States.
According to this report, the prime minister of the Zionist regime doubted Tehran’s goals during the negotiations between Iran and the United States and has the false belief that Iran never entered the negotiations in good faith.
This Israeli source told the American media CNN that Netanyahu still believes that the final agreement between Iran and the United States will not be reached and that Tehran will not actually accept the restrictions related to its nuclear program.
According to CNN, after Trump signed the memorandum of understanding with Iran and began the 60-day negotiation process, Netanyahu has tried to use right-wing media figures, including Mark Levin, an American pro-Israel anchor, to convey his message and views.
On Wednesday, Levin claimed about the Tehran-Washington understanding that “this agreement makes no sense” and described the Iran Reconstruction Fund as an opaque financial fund for illegal purposes.
CNN announced that it contacted the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office for an explanation in this regard, but did not receive a response.
The report also adds that Netanyahu is considering using pro-Israel senators to convince Trump. However, some of these figures, including Lindsey Graham, the Republican US senator who previously called for more attacks against Iran, have now taken a different stance.
Graham said yesterday that the deal with Iran “would be good for the United States.”
According to this report, Netanyahu has announced to Trump that Israel does not consider itself bound by the terms of the agreement; An agreement that emphasizes the “immediate and permanent end” of the war in Lebanon. The Israeli regime has previously reduced the scope of its operations in Lebanon under American pressure.
