It is suspected that he was involved in crimes such as embezzlement, fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy, embezzlement, forgery of documents, misuse of documents and money laundering. There are also connections to his company “Greenfinch Capital Management” – which went bankrupt in 2024 – and to the associated corporate structure.
