Laluna Boutique Hotel & Villas is proud to announce the launch of the Albert Paul Laluna Chef Forever Scholarship, created in honour of the late Chef Albert Paul, whose legacy continues to inspire the Laluna family and the wider culinary community.
Beginning in August 2026, the scholarship will support one T A Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) Grenadian student each year, through a 2-year culinary programme, with funding of EC$5,000 per year, totalling EC$10,000 per student.
The selection of the scholarship recipient will be carried out by the TAMCC internal committee, ensuring a fair and thoughtful process. As part of the programme, Laluna will also offer the selected student a 6-week internship during their studies, providing hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Chef Albert Paul dedicated 18 years to Laluna, rising from dishwasher to Head Chef through passion, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to his craft. This scholarship honours his journey and aims to create opportunities for the next generation of culinary talent in Grenada.
“We are proud to partner in this initiative and to contribute to the future of education and hospitality in Grenada,” said Laluna. “This scholarship is not only a tribute to Chef Albert, but also an investment in young people who share his passion and potential.”
Through the Albert Paul Laluna Chef Forever Scholarship, Laluna hopes to continue Chef Albert’s legacy of mentorship, growth, and excellence in the culinary arts.
