Austrian company Gertner Group intends to expand cooperation with Turkmenistan in industrial and technology transfer sectors. This was announced by the company’s CEO, Alexander Matzinger, to journalists on the sidelines of the 13th meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Austrian Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation in Ashgabat.
“The commission meeting opened up very promising prospects for us, including for the further development of industry and technology transfer in Turkmenistan. As the head of the company, I am very optimistic about the possibilities of our future cooperation,” said Matzinger.
According to him, the company has already presented new development directions in industrial and construction materials. During the commission meeting, the parties also discussed cooperation in tourism and culture.
Matzinger noted that cultural ties between the two countries have a long history. “We are always happy to come to your wonderful country and visit your beautiful capital, Ashgabat, with its unique architecture,” he added.
