Government representatives answered their questions even today, and among them was the Minister of Maritime Affairs and coordinator in the Ministry of Transport, Filip Radulović.
Member of the European Union, Branislav Nenezić, asked Radulović if Crnogorska plovidba was shut down.
“Montenegro plovidba has not been shut down, but the company is in the process of shutting down,” reads Radulović’s written response, which was read by Nenezić.
He added that from Radulović’s answer, it can be guessed that Crnogorska plovidba was shut down on the day when the two ships were sold.
Radulović replied that they want to attribute the collapse of Crnogorska plovidba to him, and that in fact, in all the past years, that company produced multimillion-dollar losses.
“I will not allow the collapse of the company to be attributed to me. It is a poorly set up company, I spoke with Greek sailors, who told me that it is crazy that we have two companies in the country with two ships each,” he added.
More details soon.
