Oleksandria drew with Livy Bereh in the home arena of “Nika” in the first match for the right to remain in the UPL.
22-year-old striker Pape Ndiaga Yade opened the scoring. Vadym Chernyshenko’s wards took a free kick, in which the Nigerian striker took advantage of a rebound from Yevhen Banada and shot into the opponent’s goal. Oleksandrits continued to put pressure on the Kyiv team, but could not score a second goal.
At the start of the second half, the Left Bank made a rotation, replacing Diego and Wendell with Nazarii Vorobchak and Nazar Voloshyn, respectively, and it paid off.
Already in the 52nd minute, Vikentiy Voloshyn used the transfer of his namesake and accurately passed the possession of Nazar Makarenko, breaking through from the left side of the penalty area. Bit no longer seemed that the Left Bank was an outsider to this meeting.
In the 78th minute of the game, the match was interrupted due to an air alarm. After the resumption of the match, the teams tried to win, but no one succeeded.
