Conditions for grievance and re-inquiry for those previously rejected

In order for the grievance to be accepted, the Fund has set two basic conditions:
The applicant must not have withdrawn the serious reservation amount from the post offices.
Not more than one year (12 months) has passed since the date of receipt of the rejection letter.
Anticipated proposals and apartments for rent starting from 500 pounds
Youm7 TV reviewed the features of the upcoming “Housing for All Egyptians 9” project, which is scheduled to be announced within the coming period, as it aims to provide no less than 55,000 housing units for low-income people distributed among 15 new cities in various governorates (most notably: New October, October Gardens, Capital Gardens, Badr, New Borg El Arab, and New Sohag and New Assiut), in addition to offering 2,000 housing units ready for immediate receipt for middle-income people, as well as Luxury housing theses in the projects (Jannah, Dar Misr, and Sakan Misr) in Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo.
The coverage was also limited to the details of the second phase of “rental apartments” designated for very low-income groups (less than 2,500 pounds) such as widows, divorcees, and irregular workers, as the ministry will offer apartments with a nominal rental value ranging from 500 to a maximum of 1,000 pounds for a renewable period of 7 years, with the option of converting the apartment to “ownership” in the future if the citizen’s financial conditions improve based on an official request submitted to the fund, provided that the basic document is To apply, there is a “social research” issued by the Ministry of Social Solidarity to prove eligibility.
