KUWAIT CITY, Jun 9: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has introduced a new electronic service through the government’s unified mobile application Sahel, allowing users to request a “Certificate of Previous Addresses” digitally without visiting service centers.
According to PACI, the service can now be accessed through the certificates menu on the Sahel app, enabling citizens and residents to obtain official documentation of their previous residential addresses entirely online.
The authority said the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to expand digital government services and streamline administrative procedures, reducing the need for in-person visits and improving efficiency in civil documentation services.
The new feature is expected to simplify access to official records while supporting Kuwait’s broader push toward e-government transformation and improved public service delivery.
