Gyumri Deputy Mayor Gagik Manukyan also said: “I would not want the governor of Shirak to make such a careless statement. I would advise the governor not to give such a harsh and rude answer, but to say how he supported the large city authorities in Shirak as a regional structure, where he provided support that we did not accept or did not do, and then target new ones.”
