Fan cameras at the Camp Nou stadium recorded an unusual scene in the “El Clásico” matches between Real Madrid and Barcelona, which usually begin with a spark and end with a fiery atmosphere that extends to social media platforms.
However, the “Sunday Clasico”, which Barcelona won by defeating its traditional rival 2-0, and as a result was crowned with the Spanish League title early, with a 14-point difference over Real Madrid, was completely different, as after the final whistle, it witnessed a high sportsmanship from the Royal Club players, who went to the Barcelona players to shake hands with them and congratulate them on the victory and crowning the 29th title in the history of the Catalan club.
Other video clips spread in which Real Madrid players appeared heading to Barcelona’s German coach, Hansi Flick, to offer their condolences to him, after his father died hours before the start of “El Clásico.”

For its part, the Spanish newspaper “AS” said, through its account on the “X” platform: “Vinicius and the Real Madrid players offered their sincere condolences to Flick after El Clásico… high sportsmanship from the Brazilian, the captain of the white team, and from all Real Madrid players after the end of the match.”
She added: “Before the start of the match, everyone in the stadium stood for a minute of silence in honor of the deceased. Television broadcast footage showed Flick crying, while members of the technical staff and players consoled him, in a touching moment that added an emotional atmosphere to the important evening.”
It is noteworthy that the match witnessed bilateral conflicts between the players of the two rivals and a clash between some players, including what happened between the Englishman Alexander Arnold and the Brazilian Rafinha, but the referee merely issued a yellow card to each of them, as well as the scene of the Barcelona players clashing with the Brazilian Vinicius, but these scenes disappeared completely after the final whistle and the players shook hands.
