“The main task of public schools is to keep children for a certain time” – Hamid Sadiq

Educator and lawyer Hamid Sadiq said that public schools today perform more social tasks than education. In his opinion, a number of changes in the education system have put public schools in a difficult situation.

Educator and lawyer Hamid Sadiq emphasizes that the school conflicts that are published on the Internet are only a small part of the events in educational institutions.

“What goes on the Internet is actually not even one percent of cases in schools. There are such terrible crimes and moral issues related to children in schools. Often these issues are not discussed, no one wants to hear about it. Law enforcement agencies and the principal, the head of the class only know,” he says.

He believes that public schools have lost some of the good students and strong teachers at the same time.

“The most elite students in terms of morals and outlook went to presidential schools. They ensured moderation in classes. They were looked up to, they were shown as examples.

At the second level, good children went to private schools, good teachers also left. At the same time, public schools were impoverished. This led to an increase in crime and the treatment of teachers.

Now, the main function of public schools is to keep millions of children in a certain area from 8 am to 1 pm. Because now it is possible to get a certificate without being connected to a school, or to get a profession without being connected to a school. These complex problems have put public schools in a very difficult situation.

The more law-enforcement people, that is, “pagans”, interfere with the school, the more the school becomes like a prison. Before, when the National Guard was put into school, I stood in this studio and said that this is wrong, this process does not work. These things have not yet been disclosed, how many fights with National Guard personnel occurred between the 11th grades. Are there any statistics on how many times law enforcement has visited the president’s schools with private schools? There is no need to go there, there are no such problems,” he says.
