The autonomous company for business promotion Nalik Ventures held a general meeting on Monday afternoon. Here, the company could look back on a year with 46.5 million in profit.
The result is higher than budgeted and driven by value increases in the company’s share portfolio, says Nalik Ventures, whose board is satisfied with the outcome.
In 2025, Nalik Ventures has strengthened its efforts to develop companies and entrepreneurs and established relevant collaborations, the company itself states.
– We are in a time with more opportunities than before. But opportunities do not create growth by themselves. Companies do that. That is why we work purposefully to ensure that Greenlandic companies are strong enough to seize the opportunities created by development, says chairman of the board of Nalik Ventures A/S, Miki Lynge.
There was a single adjustment in the board, with Eqalunnguaq Abel Kristiansen replacing Merete Lundbye Møller. Eqalunnguaq Abel Kristiansen is the day-to-day personnel manager at Royal Greenland.
In 2026, Nalik Ventures will continue the work of developing companies, strengthening entrepreneurship and creating access to knowledge, capital and collaborations.
– When Greenland develops, it is crucial that Greenlandic companies develop with it. Our task is to create access to the knowledge, the skills, the funding and the collaborations that make it possible to turn opportunities into growth, companies and jobs throughout the country, says Miki Lynge.
