MINSK, 3 June (BelTA) – Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin has signed a resolution amending the unified list of administrative procedures for business entities, originally approved by Council of Ministers Resolution No. 548 of 24 September 2021. The amendment introduces administrative procedures related to the registration of crypto banks, the government’s press service told BelTA.
It provides for the inclusion of crypto banks in the register, as well as its adjustment and the removal of entities from the register.
The resolution aims to implement the mechanisms stipulated by Presidential Decree No. 19 of 16 January 2026 “On crypto banks and some issues of regulation in digital tokens” and will foster the development of the crypto banking in Belarus, the government’s press service noted.
