The Central Procurement Unit (CPU) within the Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with the Climate-Resilient Water Sector in Grenada (G-CREWS) Project, will host a 2-day Procurement Symposium under the theme “Smart Bidding, Stronger Partnerships.”
The event will take place on 10 and 11 June 2026, at the Radisson Beach Resort, Grand Anse, beginning at 9 am daily.

The symposium will bring together public officers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and key stakeholders involved in public procurement to deepen understanding of government procurement processes, strengthen compliance, and enhance collaboration between the public and private sectors.
This initiative forms part of the Government of Grenada’s ongoing efforts to modernise procurement systems, improve transparency, and expand access to opportunities for vendors nationwide. Participants will benefit from expert presentations and interactive sessions focused on procurement procedures, compliance requirements, and Green Procurement.
Key highlights of the symposium will include:
- Best practices for preparing competitive and compliant bids
- Insights into procurement regulations, procedures, and evaluation processes; and
- Opportunities for direct engagement with procurement professionals and technical experts
