S.t. on April 14, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh Ashot Danielyan and the members of the delegation accompanying him met Emmanuel Mandon, Chairman of the France-Artsakh Friendship Circle, Member of the National Assembly and Vice-Chairman of the France-Armenia Friendship Group, and Gilbert Luc Devinaz, Chairman of the France-Armenia Friendship Group in the French Senate and Vice-Chairman of the Nagorno-Karabakh International Information Group.
At the request of his interlocutors, the Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly presented the social and humanitarian situation of forcibly displaced Artsakh Armenians in the Republic of Armenia, as well as the issues related to their civil status.
Reference was also made to the regional geopolitical situation and ongoing developments in Armenia, bearing in mind the current uncertainties.
The participants emphasized the importance of continuous political attention to the above-mentioned issues and their monitoring.
The parties agreed to maintain regular contact in order to continue the exchange of information and to coordinate their work.
