PARAMARIBO — QU, who is 28 years old, is suspected of being guilty of indecent exposure with his twelve-year-old foster sister. The preliminary police investigation revealed that the suspect allegedly subjected the victim to lewd acts in her home on two occasions, the Suriname Police Corps (KPS) wrote on its website on Monday (today).
QU was arrested by the Uitvlugt police on Sunday. After consultation with the Public Prosecution Service, he was placed in custody. The indecent case has been transferred to the Youth Affairs department of the KPS for further investigation.
