Employees of the Ukrainian defense company Vyriy Industries collected 4 million hryvnias for the needs of units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in honor of the fourth anniversary of its foundation. The press service of the company told about “Oborontsi”.
The company held a charity quest-collection between teams of departments, and the money will be transferred to various divisions of the secondary school.
“In general, over the last year, Vyriy Industries transferred more than 400 million hryvnias worth of products to units of the Defense Forces,” – reported in the press service.
The manufacturer specified that it is a free transfer of Vyriy products equivalent to the specified amount.
The company also announced the prototype of the new reconnaissance drone SLAVIK. Vyriy explained that the UAV is already being tested in combat conditions.
“The new solution will increase the time of work in the air to 1.5 hours, which will allow the crews to work at a safe distance from the combat contact line,” – it is said in the release.

Ukrainian Vyriy develops and serially produces autonomous systems adapted to combat conditions. The company manufactures FPV strike systems, aircraft-type UAVs, NRCs, ground control stations and aerial repeaters.
Earlier, “Oboronka” told that Vyriy launches educational initiative Vyriy Aero School for systematic training of UAV pilots and crews. Also in May company for the first time publicly presented the lean flow model implemented in its factories to scale and optimize drone assembly processes.
