The Public Revenue Administration (PRA) has published a notification for citizens who use the “MyDDV” application, that is, for those who have a problem logging in due to a forgotten password.
The IRS informs that users can independently reset their password without visiting the counter, following a few simple steps through the electronic system. The procedure starts by opening the IRS electronic services platform, where the user has to enter his username and select the “Forgot password” option. Then, a link will be sent to the registered email address through which a new password can be created.
The Administration appeals to users to check the Spam/Junk folder, if the message does not arrive in the main inbox.
For citizens who no longer have access to the electronic address with which they were registered, it is necessary to contact the nearest organizational unit of the IRS to update the data.
In case of additional problems, the IRS Contact Center is also available, where users can get technical support and guidance.
MyDDV is one of the most used digital services of the Public Revenue Administration, through which citizens scan fiscal accounts and obtain a refund of part of the tax paid.
