According to Jam Jam Online, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Ajei in his letter to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution requested amnesty or reduction and commutation of the sentences of two thousand people who were convicted by public and revolutionary courts, the judicial organization of the armed forces and government punishments.
