A number of public school principals confirmed that the end-of-second semester exams for transportation classes continue to take place regularly and in an atmosphere of discipline and calm, amid great commitment from students to the instructions organizing the exams, and not recording any observations affecting the conduct of the committees. They stressed that school administrations have completed all their administrative and academic preparations before the start of the exams, providing an appropriate educational and organizational environment that helps students perform their exams with ease and reassurance.

They indicated in special statements to Al-Raya that schools were keen from an early stage to implement integrated organizational plans in preparation for the exam season, which included preparing the committees, distributing roles between the administrative and educational bodies, and ensuring the readiness of the halls and facilities, ensuring the smooth flow of work within the committees, and the speed of dealing with any observations that might arise, which was reflected in the regular conduct of the exams from the first day.

They explained that school administrations worked to provide various forms of academic and psychological support to students, through implementing organized review programs and plans for guidance and direction, in addition to continuous communication with parents, and implementing organizational procedures that ensure the integrity of tests and maintain their confidentiality, which contributes to achieving justice and providing a stable atmosphere that helps students perform at their best levels.

They confirmed that the testing committees witnessed full commitment from the students, with no cases of absence or violations related to cheating recorded, pointing out that the level of questions was appropriate and accessible to different levels of students, and took into account individual differences and the targeted learning outcomes, which was reflected in a state of satisfaction and satisfaction among the students within the committees, and the absence of complaints regarding the difficulty of the tests.

They pointed out that the initial impressions monitored by the schools reflect a positive progress of the testing process, as the students expressed their satisfaction with the nature and clarity of the questions, stressing that this reflects the accuracy of preparing the tests and the keenness of the competent authorities to measure the learning outcomes in a fair and balanced manner, while providing the opportunity for all students to show their true levels.

They explained that the marking teams began their work immediately after the end of each test, according to precise mechanisms that ensure speedy completion, while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and fairness in the marking and grade monitoring processes, stressing that all stages of marking are subject to review and scrutiny before the final results are approved, in a way that ensures that every student gets his full right.

They pointed out that the ninth grade tests, as central achievement tests, are dealt with according to precise organizational procedures that guarantee the preservation of their confidentiality and integrity, starting from the receipt of the question envelopes until the end of the monitoring work, while the test schedules took into account allocating sufficient time for each subject, allowing the correction and review work to be completed in accordance with the highest quality standards.

They pointed out that school administrations began early on to implement counseling and guidance plans aimed at raising students’ motivation and enhancing their self-confidence, especially those with intermediate levels and students who faced some difficulties during the school year, by assuring them that final exams represent a real opportunity to improve their levels and achieve better results.

They added that the schools were keen to display examples of students who, in previous years, were able to improve their academic averages thanks to their performance in the final exams, with the aim of establishing a culture of diligence and perseverance and enhancing self-confidence, as well as encouraging students to invest the remaining period of exams in a positive way, away from anxiety or stress.

They stressed that academic and social counselors continue to follow up with students during the exam period, by providing psychological support, answering their inquiries, and working to enhance a sense of reassurance and confidence, which helps them take their exams in a comfortable and stable atmosphere, and reduces the pressures that may accompany this period.

They pointed out that the support was not limited to students, but extended to parents by sending awareness and guidance messages that included advice on organizing study times, ensuring early sleep, paying attention to healthy nutrition, and providing the appropriate atmosphere at home, while encouraging children and avoiding putting any psychological pressure on them during the exam period, which contributes to raising their level of concentration and achieving the best possible performance.

They added: One of the most important instructions that schools are keen to repeat to students is the necessity of early attendance at the committee headquarters, making sure to take all the required supplies, reading the questions carefully before beginning to answer, distributing time in a balanced manner between all the questions, and not rushing to hand over the answer sheet before reviewing it, which helps avoid unintended errors and achieve the best results.

They confirmed the continued provision of intensive academic reviews, whether through in-person classes or live electronic broadcasts, while providing direct communication channels with teachers to answer students’ inquiries, in addition to providing technical support to address any technical problems they may encounter while using electronic review services, ensuring that all students benefit from these services until the last day of the exams.

They explained that teachers focus during the final reviews on the basic concepts and main skills, and answering all students’ inquiries, which helps them understand the scientific material better and gives them more confidence before entering the committees, stressing that these reviews witnessed great interaction and demand from the students.
