In terms of aggregated total revenue, the settlement was 1,902,037.22 thousand euroswith an increase of 7%, according to data published by Statistics.
Regardless of financial assets or liabilities, the total aggregate expenditure was 1,691,368.12 thousand eurosup 7.9% from the previous year, while total aggregate revenue have reached 1,863,673.29 thousand euros, with an increase of 9.1%.
By institutional sectors, public non-financial companies have liquidated an expenditure of 241,414.48 thousand euros, 15.3% more, and an income of 247,779.16 thousand euros7.3% less. Without financial assets or liabilities, the expenditure was 201,543.55 thousand euros and the income of 221,284.02 thousand.
In the case of financial institutions, the liquidated expenditure was 3,417.53 thousand euroswith a decrease of 25.8%, while revenues have risen to 12,331.33 thousand euros, 8% more. Excluding financial assets and liabilities, spending has grown by 10% and income has decreased by 5.2%.
The public administrations have settled an expenditure of 1,555,457.43 thousand euros7.4% more than the previous year, and revenues of 1,641,926.73 thousand euros, with an increase of 9.6%. No financial assets or liabilities, the expenditure was 1,486,407.04 thousand euros and income of 1,631,558.67 thousand.
Within this sector, the central administration has registered an expenditure of 668,503.94 thousand euros and an income of 727,580.70 thousand. The local administration has liquidated an expenditure of 208,118.35 thousand euros and an income of 230,413.20 thousand, while the Social Security Fund have closed the financial year with an expenditure of 506,290.61 thousand euros and an income of 506,841.06 thousand.
