a man of 22 years old with criminal record was sentenced to five months in prison after threatening to kill a woman’s three-year-old son and carry out an attack in front of a police station in Sugarloafreported the Maldonado Police Headquarters.
According to the official report, the case began last June 4when a woman appeared at the 3rd Section to report that a man had personal conflicts with her husband and had threatened to take the life of his minor son.
The next day, while a witness testified at the police station about the reported events, the alleged perpetrator was circulating in the vicinity of Piedras and Félix de Lizarza streets.

According to police information, the man physically attacked a person that awaited the person who was giving a statement in the sectional. Besides, caused riots at the scene and later fled.
After being informed of what happened, the 1st Shift Legal Prosecutor’s Office requested the arrest of the suspect.
