The confirmation of the feminicide of Acosta Rodríguez takes place two days after the tragic case of Lisney Cárdenas Bruzón26 years old and mother of two small children. Attacked on June 3 by her husband, from whom she was separating, the young woman bled to death after more than eight hours of agony, without help from an ambulance arriving.
The crime occurred in La Tomatera, a rural community in the Camagüey municipality of Florida, where Lisney went to the alleged attacker’s house after he called her to “talk,” according to Alas Tensas.
The platform indicates that they are requesting access to the investigation report on the case of Anais Tamayo Puente, and claim to be investigating 20 possible femicides, 7 attempts and another murder of a man for gender reasons, alerted between last year and this year.
