The governor of Caaguazú, Marcelo Soto (ANR-HC), boasted on his social networks about an electoral defeat in the fifth department in the last municipal elections. In a post on Facebook, Marcelo Soto said that the department of Caaguazú “spoke at the polls and the message is clear.”
