The project’s executive director, Abdul-Ilah Al-Dhafar, explained that the project’s work team included (8) representative researchers from the emirate of the Eastern Province, stating that the work team conducted field interviews with the beneficiaries, both male and female, regarding the level of services provided in the cities and governorates of the Eastern Region, and filled out the questionnaires automatically, which included questions developed according to strict scientific standards with the aim of studying and analyzing the results of the questionnaires and preparing a detailed report that includes revealing aspects of the strengths to enhance them and opportunities for improvement to benefit from them in developing service delivery methods, in addition to the project providing advisory support, training, measurement work, and measuring the impact to those entities.
