A double homicide was committed tonight in Upper Neighborhoodsat the intersection of Jirón Huari and Centro Escolar. Criminals opened fire on the driver of a Los Moraditos van, while he was covering the route to Villa María del Triunfo (VMT).
According to witnesses to the attack, the criminals were on board a linear motorcycle. They approached the driver’s window, identified as Óscar Francisco Mucha Valle, and began shooting at him and the transport unit.
The driver died at the scene, while a passenger was seriously injured during the attack. He was immediately transferred to the nearest health facility; However, upon arrival, doctors confirmed his death.
