During a press conference in Treinta y Tres, recorded by Telemundo (Channel 12), within the framework of the inauguration of rural electrification works in Sierras del Yerbal, Orsi was consulted about the event and pointed out that “It is unacceptable how these things escape us”.

The shocking crime took place last Friday in the La Chancha neighborhood, where a 26-year-old National Police official He murdered his ex-partner and his ex-in-laws.
After committing the murders, the man drove in his vehicle to the home of another ex-partner, with whom he had a son, he said goodbye and, a few blocks away, he took his life inside the car.
Capillera was 26 years old and had recently graduated from the National Police School. For months he had maintained a loving bond with the deceased, Annais Reyes, a young member of the National Army.
Relatives pointed out that the relationship was complicated by the police officer’s jealousy, and that the young woman had planned to separate on the day of the crime.
