Uncovered talent
A few months ago, the musician and content creator Diego Ubierna wrote to me to tell me, excitedly, about Los Primos de San Juan. He had discovered and presented them on his channel Orgastro, in La Cevichería, the restaurant that the cousins have in San Juan de Miraflores. The video went viral, reaching more than 600 thousand views. Diego fell in love with their story and suggested they open this restaurant. Now he is not only their partner, they also consider him their fourth cousin.

Joseph Ruiz spent eight years as a sommelier at Central. It shows: their selection of 42 labels is not random.
