Nineteen-year-old Nemanja F. this afternoon around 17:00 he was stabbed with a knife in Belgrade, and shortly afterwards he succumbed to his injuries in the Emergency Center, they announced Serbian media.
Suspects for the attack, according to unofficial information, are teenagers aged 19 and 16, who were found and arrested shortly after the crime.
At the scene of the attack, a woman who witnessed the gruesome incident described the details.
“The boys had a fight on the bus and then went outside, after which they stabbed the unfortunate child. He passed out in my arms,” the woman told Blitz through tears.
The wounded boy was immediately transferred to the Emergency Center with serious bodily injuries in the resuscitation department, but the doctors failed to save him. Emergency services said Tanjug had been stabbed in the back and thigh, and that his condition had taken a sudden turn for the worse.
The teenagers were arrested on a bus half an hour after the crime, and a knife with traces of blood was found with the older one.
