In a tribute to the talent, innovation and transformative power of the cultural and creative industries, Switch Havas presented the book “Dominicans who made the Switch in the Industries Creative”a publication that recognizes the trajectory of 20 women that have marked a before and after in the cultural and creative industries in the country.
Starting in 2022, the project seeks to make visible the stories of women who have made significant contributions to different sectors of society.
In this second expanded edition, which grows from nine to twenty storiescollects the decisive moments in which these women made the “switch”, that turning point that transformed their lives. personal and professional, allowing them break new ground, challenge expectations and build a legacy in sectors such as music, fashion, literature, design, television and visual arts.
Pamela Pitizia and José Graterauxrepresentatives of the agency, highlighted the commitment, dedication and leadership of these women, as well as their ability to convert ideas into cultural and economic value within the orange economy.
“Every time a woman dares to bet on her talent, the map opens a little more for those who come after her. This book is a celebration of what they have built, but also an invitation for others to dare to make their own ‘switch,'” said Pitizia.
