Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that a criminal complaint has been filed against four minors for violence against a 13-year-old girl in the Gjorce Petrov neighborhood of Skopje.
As informed by the Ministry of the Interior, we are talking about one 17-year-old and three 14-year-old girls, all from Skopje, who are suspected of having committed two crimes of “violence” according to Article 386 of the Criminal Code.
According to the report, in two separate cases, on March 27 and 30, 2026, they physically attacked the victim, and recordings and photos of the events were published on social networks.
The criminal complaint was filed to Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopjewhere the procedure is conducted according to the Law on Justice for Children.
The Ministry of the Interior announced that criminal charges will be filed tomorrow against the parents of the minors involved.
