“Summary” (AKIpress) – In Bishkek, patrol officers identified the driver of a Hyundai Sonata, who placed the inscription “Department for Combating Show-offs” on the car.
As the press service of UPSM reported, the driver’s actions were qualified as a violation of traffic rules in accordance with Art. 194 (“Driving a vehicle converted without appropriate approval from the authorized body in the field of internal affairs”) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
A report was drawn up against the violator, and the car was placed in the impound lot.
The driver admitted that he does not solve someone’s “show-off” and asked for forgiveness.
