    The national football team’s convoy named “Minab 168” is going to the World Cup


    According to Jam Jam Online, the meeting of the cultural committee of the World Cup was held under the chairmanship of Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Hasankhani, the vice-president of culture and development of public sports, with the aim of introducing and promoting the culture, history and national identity of the country to the international community.

    In this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam and Muslim Hassan Khani announced that the national football team’s convoy will participate in the World Cup under the name of Minab 168, and emphasized: The sadness of the students of Minab school is a great sadness and we must definitely keep the memory of the martyred students of Minab and the crimes of the Zionist regime and America alive in the sports fields.

    The vice-president of culture and development of public sports considered football as a means for the vitality of the society and said: the people and officials are with the national team, so that this team can defend the holy flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the football field along with Iran’s victory in the battlefield and negotiations.

    Hassankhani called the World Cup a unique capacity and added: this capacity should be used, while this period is different from previous periods. The capacity and ability of sports in the field of advertising is high and our presence in the World Cup should be authoritative.

    The vice president of culture and development of public sports emphasized on using the capacity of Iranians abroad and said: We should use the capacity of Iranians abroad to support the national team in the best possible way with the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    Referring to the role of athletes in the defense of the motherland, Hassan Khani said: Our players and athletes stood up for the homeland in the imposed war, and with this standing and resistance, the national team will be a proud representative of Iran in this big world arena.

    In this meeting, cultural actions during the World Cup were discussed and opinions were exchanged. Examining the preparation of a cultural package (Cultural Pack) including fan items, announcing the name of Iran’s caravan as “Minab 168”, creating content using the capacity of virtual space, reviewing the national team’s anthem, and also forming a special fan working group for the World Cup were among the topics raised in this meeting.

    In this meeting, Imaninejad, the head of the security center, Tabatabai, the head of the cultural office, Sarlak, the director of the social responsibility committee of the football federation, Bahmani, the public relations director of the football league organization, and representatives of the ministries of guidance, country, foreign affairs, cultural heritage and tourism, and the sports organization of Tehran Municipality were also present in this meeting.
