“The suspicions have now been expanded to include an attempted rape of a woman in her 30s in Ammerud on April 15,” Oslo police wrote in a press release, according to NTB.
The man, who is in his 20s, is suspected of a total of eight assaults on women aged 26 to 93. The incidents are said to have occurred between December last year and April this year. The man is in custody.
The suspicions may be expanded further, and the police would like more tips, Erlend Enquist-Jensen, a police prosecutor, told NRK.
