Prime Minister Edi Rama has again repeated the invitation for dialogue to the students and young people who have been protesting in Tirana for days, this time placing a large stone table, surrounded by seats, in front of the Prime Minister’s building.
In the footage published on social networks, the inscription “Dialogue” appears on the tables, while stone and wooden chairs are placed around it, in another symbolic attempt by the head of government to invite the protesters to talks.
This is another form chosen by Rama, after the wooden chairs and concrete seats placed the previous days, with which the prime minister has called the students to sit in dialogue.
However, previous invitations have not been accepted by the protesters, who have continued to oppose dialogue with the prime minister and demand his resignation.
Meanwhile, the protests in Tirana continue, while teachers, artists and citizens have joined the students, as a sign of support for their demands./TCH
